They have fun decorations in their workspace and they are super personal and friendly. I could have signed in at the kiosk, but I am glad I didn't. Waiting Area: I was in the waiting area for 5 minutes. Again, the people I interfaced with were great. I was escorted to and back from the area I needed to be. I had no questions because they answered them before I needed to ask. The experience was so refreshing. The Doctor: Dr. Ghandi put me back together 17 years ago after a car accident when others wished me luck. He is the top of his craft and we are all so blessed to to have a surgeon of his caliber in this small town. Today was no exception. He reviewed the test data and me, provided diagnosis, treatment options and advice. The first step performed today allowed me to dance tonight. Awesome!

Unfortunately the nurses and doctors I saw were great, but the customer service of the scheduling…read moreand billing team are horrible. My first encounter was about 4 or so years ago. Dr. Wombwell (which was great) and I got the bill for the visit. I paid the $30 bill. Never heard anything from them. A year later had back pain so I called to schedule an appointment. I was told that they would not see until I took care of my $30 bill. I was then told that I was lucky because it has not been sent to collection, but should have. I told them that I paid it and this is the first time I have heard the didn't receive it. They said, "you need to be more responsible and pay your bill and until then no appointment." I printed the signed check copy from my bank account showing someone from their office signed it. After they researched it....it was found that the $30 was applied to someone else's account. I didn't get an apology, I got so when would you like to be seen. I did not make an appointment. Recently I had pain again and held off until I couldn't anymore. I went to their urgent care on a Saturday. Dr. Lewis , nurse, and front desk was amazing. It was quick and informative. I was told that the current PT exercise I was beeping treated for was not what I needed and to give this diagnosis to the PT. At the end of therapy if there is still pain to get an MRI. Week later PT exercises didn't change much and symptoms still present. I called and tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lewis and was told unable to because notes state finish PT first but if you want I can schedule MRI. I stated my concerns and I would rather schedule an appointment. I was told he can't help you, he is not a PT. It is a waste of time. Again I asked for an appointment. She said, "fine he has a morning appointment. You think you gonna be here then?" After I got off from work I went to off no available supervisor. Lady at front was nice , apologetic, and was asking me what was specifically was said. As I was explaining a doctor came out and interrupted stating this lady can not help, but will let a specific person call in the morning. I asked for them to release my records so I can o somewhere else. He reiterated that it was nothing they can do and he is unfamiliar with my case. At this point I am thinking there are no patients in the waiting room, obviously you were listening...he could have asked if ther was anything he could do, maybe he could have seen me or looked at my records. Because I only have one office visit in my records for them and that was the previous appointment at the after hours clinic. Also the lady at the desk asked me what was said... I was answering her question. He spoke in a dismissive, unconcerned, inappropriate tone. Then they are going to ask me if I was still coming to my appointment? Really. All I want is my records released from this money hungry monopoly manipulated office. I work in a service field and for this to be the only orthopedic office in Lynchburg to have customers treated this way is horrible. Three people in my office recalled similar incidents recently with billing and those answering the phone with attitudes and refusal to see people who have balances that were not sent to the account holder. With not only refusal to treat, but use of credit reporting threatening tactics.
