To my amazement I got an appt for that same day and had the pleasure of having Dr Casey's assistant, Cassandra Laskowski exam my knee. I highly recommend this clinic to all! dc

They have refused to see me, answer my emails, answer questions on my patient portal, or return calls. TOC's reason for not wanting to help? I owe them money. My insurance company paid $16,449.53, I paid $1,219.13 (10/20/22) before the surgery took place, and have made multiple smaller payments on the account since. I even went in and spoke to someone, offered to pay cash to have my finger looked at, and they declined to see me. Feel free to look at my other reviews. I HATE leaving a bad review for anyone. I have a right hand that's barely functional without an enormous amount of pain, and negative reports on my credit, all for a surgery that was suppose to fix my broken finger, not make it worse. The images of the bent finger are from 3.25.2024, and I cannot straighten it. Patient Portal picture is multiple emails sent with NO response. Pictures with stitches were post op.

She worked me so hard I was in pain for 3 days and this is my 2nd visit and I will not be back, mainly to the lack of respect for me and my Hippa Rights. She dissmissed my Hippa rights and treated me as tainted. I will not be back. She was not my main RX pt person but I am not willing to put my health into this place. Everytime I went in, she assumed what my condition was and never did a thorough job with asking questions or running a diagnostic if needed. Lana I liked a lot but I couldn't see her often due to work conflicts. She actually was the one that inspected me physically and found a cyst whereas rose just thought it was an infection and didn't bother to look or do any testing so I was taking meds I didn't need. I am NOW getting medical bills for visits back in AUGUST 2024. When I asked about them, I was told that rose is going through paperwork and making sure everything's correct. One of the bills is something I have NO idea what it's for because it wasn't explained back in my visits in August. I got an email as well saying I owed rose $150 and I paid them via care credit. When I called the office, the receptionist said in a nasty tone "she's going through her paperwork." I explained that I had paid for it via care credit and her response was "ok well she'll have to look over it and call you back". That was last week-nothing. The receptionists are horrible at communication. When I worked at a vet, we would at least leave a message for the dr. They have the option to text but never respond to that either. Just a horrible business.
