I would leave a zero review if possible. I will not go into detail because of HIPPA however this…read moredoctors office is a joke. All I will say is I complained about my experiences and was discharged/dismissed by the practice. The women at the front desk are the rudest receptionists I've ever encountered at a physician's office before and the NP Tammy. I wasn't surprised at all to see the reviews at 3 stars and the other similar one star bad reviews. You would think the patients would receive better care. I do not recommend this office at all for any reason. Update: the office manager Jenny Rad, was spoken to in order to get meds refilled and was told there was a complaint filed against them stated the office would definitely not be helping now since the complaint was filed and that she was terminating the phone call. I suggest to anyone who has a complaint or received less than par health care from this facility to call and complain to their insurance company and the medical board. These doctors sign a hypocratic oath to help their patients. However this facility does the exact opposite. I have filed a grievance and if anyone needs information on how to do that please feel free to message me. My insurance company was very upset with the way I was treated. As well as my other doctors. Your insurance company can help you find another PCP that actually does care and want the best for their patients. Also, it seems they take pride in dismissing patients.

Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.
