Dr. John Bieltz is a worthless lying POS. Was sent to him for a second opinion "independent"…read moreevaluation for my workers comp case. Stated in his evaluation that he reviewed my medical file but stated what I do not have nerve damage (two EMG reports show I have nerve damage in my thoracic and lumbar areas). Did not mention that I have a bulging disc in my lumbar area. Stated that I do not need a cane when I struggle to move or stand still on my feet without excruciating pain. Was told by him that he would refer me to a neurosurgeon but instead wrote that he doesn't believe I need surgery. I am not going to let anyone play games with my well-being and you should be ashamed of yourself. And If you want to dispute this, I have plenty of evidence of your wrong doing so go ahead. Throw your credential into the trash because you don't deserve them.
