I traveled an hour to meet with a recruiter from the Stamford office to discuss my qualifications and to clarify what I was looking for in a position and all I ever was offered was garbage call center jobs that didn't pay nearly enough to justify the commute. Emails weren't returned. Phone calls ignored. Practically everyone that works here is 22-25 years old and has 1-6 months of professional experience. All they look to do is fill seats in bad dead end jobs. They have job postings for positions that aren't available anymore just to get you to call in and they offer you garbage. Total bait and switch. Tremendous waste of time. Sorry for the fragmented sentences... I've been procrastinating about reviewing this place for a while and just wanted to get this up before another few months go by. I am a former job seeker who was able to find a $47K job on his own.

They have these low level recruiters try to cold call you to see if your resume matches (because they are not experienced enough to figure it out themselves) and submit it to their manager. They do not have any background in IT. They never seem to put you in their system and this results in multiple calls from multiple recruiters trying to get you to give the same info on a 30 min call over and over again. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list, yet I keep getting calls. They also want your references so they can farm them for selling purposes. NEVER give out your references unless you are submitted for a job and accepted into the interview process. Insight Global will and has in the past in my experience used these references to try to sell their services and this is really annoying to director level and C level references and will result in you no longer having a reference. I have been stood up for meetings by text and more by the Boston office and I was not impressed with the gentleman who contacted me from the CT office that upon googling him found he had more saucy photos than Kim Kardashian on the net. I do not want Kim Kardashian representing me for professional IT jobs.

Wages docked significantly, I am the one paying paying the agency their fees! STALKED by the recruiting team - as was their client! Between the two of us we received 20+ calls in a single business day, and over 100 emails over the course of a week. Losing out on 25% of the salary I deserve and their client wanted to pay without the help of a firm. What's worse is the client didn't even WANT to give the responsibility of finding a candidate to this agency. Execu-search found the client's post on Indeed and roped them into a dishonest arrangement. After conversing with the client, we both discovered how Execu-search was playing each of us. I was told that the client wanted to close the deal/fill the position within 72 hours (in actuality they were taking their time) and Execu-search told their client that I was entertaining other job offers and very close to signing with someone else. Don't sign up with them, there are plenty of good firms out there that are worth your time and actually deserve a cut of what you make. Management - Grow up. Stop playing the role of a sleazy car salesman and have some integrity and respect for the people you claim you are trying to help.
