On Wednesday we took them in hoping to get them back on Monday before our trip on Tuesday. Mike explained that they were swamped and about 2 weeks out on service. We understood. I didn't know they were closed on Mondays and blamed myself for not being better prepared. My wife is the kindest person I know and was gracious but I think Mike could tell she was disappointed. Without pressure from us Mike said, "I'm gonna make sure they get fixed before I leave on Friday. So you can pick them up on Saturday." I just went by and got them. On Thursday night we all went online, chose a bike by size, paid the $40 and that was it. Showed up Friday morning and our five bikes were pretty much ready to go. Darren had us ride around the parking lot and tweaked any issues we had, offered us helmets and we were off. Great service and zero complaints. Aside from that store is pretty large and seems to offer Specialized primarily along with other high quality brands, clothing, accessories, fuel, and they have a weekly shop ride. It appears they keep their website up to date as far as events and rides as well. Some shops tend to drop the ball on that.

The service was amazing, and the staff was super knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about the experience. About 3 weeks later, I realized that my initial bike choice wasn't for me. I wasn't happy with the Claris groupset. So, I went to the TREK Greenville location and spoke with Gerry and Bay a couple of times. They helped me with not only information but also exchanged my AL 2 for an AL 5 with the 105 groupset. I'm so happy with every interaction I've had since. There was no sales pressure at all. They were genuinely curious about what I needed. I ended up going back and Bay helped me pick out a good set of carbon wheels with GP5000 tires. The mechanic who set them up tubeless was great too, but I couldn't remember their name. The tires and tubeless setup have made a huge difference in how comfortable my bike is to ride! In my opinion, this should be the first upgrade of any road bike. It's been an expensive fitness journey, but it's totally worth it.
