We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group. They certainly know Golden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend them, and we can't speak highly enough about their dedication to Excellence in the Real Estate field. My daughter will be moving on from Mines in 4 more years, this group is who I'll be calling to sell!

This review is long overdue. You see, we have known John Grant for more than 20 years. He helped…read moreus purchase our home that moved us back to Colorado. Since then, he has helped us and a few of our friends with the sale and/or purchase of many homes. Why do we keep using John? Simply put, because he is, in our opinion, the very best. Sure we could go on about his being a consummate professional, we could talk about his long time experience in the Denver area real estate market, we could even talk about his extensive connections with professionals in the area to help with all of the things connected to the sale and/or purchase of a home, but I want to talk about something more. What sets John apart from his contemporaries is who he is as a person. You see, John has a great heart and a mind that seems to always be in gear for creative thinking when the situation calls for it. John not only understands the ins and outs of the real estate market, but he understands the psychology of buyers, sellers and other agents. He knows how to strategically approach each situation to benefit his clients without harming nor belittling the other parties. John is the poster child for a win/win situation. He is honest (even when one might not like what he has to say) when determining the value of a property and helps his sellers get the most for their property and his buyers get the best deal on their new home. His patience with first time home buyers is equal to his enthusiasm with those of us who have been around the block a few (or more) times.
