He never returned repeated emergency calls and texts an hour before final closing (as his sellers did not vacate property & they had no clue they were to be out at possession/closing). My realtor was at the property all morning dealing with HIS clients. He never stopped by to help. I was absolutely floored with how Mr. Shackles handled this entire mess.
