I wanted to treat myself to a quick self-care moment and thought this mall location would be a…read moreconvenient option for a quick 30-minute massage ($40). Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite of relaxing and left me much more stressed than when I walked in. When I arrived, I pointed directly to the 30-minute option on their service chart. The guy brought me back, but during the session, it felt like it was running long. When I asked about the time, there was a significant language barrier, so he used a translation app and informed me it was actually an hour-long session. I reiterated that I had specifically requested and agreed to 30 minutes, at which point he stopped the massage. When I got to the register, I was charged for the full hour. Frustrated and just wanting to leave, I paid the bill. During checkout, the guy aggressively pushed for a tip--even though tips are optional--standing there, laughing sarcastically, and talking about me to another employee when I declined to tip due to the poor service and billing issue. **It feels like this business takes advantage of customers with unclear pricing or communication barriers. I do not recommend coming here if you want an honest, stress-free experience**

As a hairstylist for 34 years, and always taking good care of everyone else, I, unfortunately, I have not taken good care of me. Amy was just who I needed to find. She is so kind and attentive and easy to talk with and absolutely put me at ease. She is well worth whatever you would spend and I will definitely have an appointment with her whenever I'm in town. I booked my daughter a massage with her for the next day and hopefully, she and her husband will become regular clients as well. Thank you so much Amy! I feel so so much better now and do not dread the 12 hour trip back to GA or the hectic holiday schedule that's waiting on me when I get home. You are THE BEST!!
