When I first got there, Kelly had me fill out a piece a paper that helped indicate some health background. She then sat down with me and went through where I wanted to focus my massage on. Overall, the massage was worth it and relaxing for me. I'm sure at times I kept drifting off here and there. I had told Kelly that my trapezius muscles and low back were my constant buggers and she did emphasize on those. I can't say that the knots in my muscles are gone, but it was a good start on working out these knots. Kelly also didn't keep going at the knots that my muscles felt sore/bruised, which was nice.
