You have automatically become one of the most important figures in the history of the Varhola-Moreno family. The reason why we got the palace of our dreams in Jim Pilkington, and this goes beyond your realtor genius in developing a strategy and crafting an offer within 48 hours. Your legacy is much greater in time and space. You have patiently and optimistically listened to us for all these years, and you introduced us to ALL the other key personalities that made this possible. Everybody in the real estate world in the North Shore knows you, and we have always been proud to say that you are ours. We have never met someone so professional, honest, patient, hardworking, ethical and warm. You have looked after our interests 100%, putting our financial well-being and our kids' future first. We wish to extend our gratitude to your own family, recalling those Sunday nights we stole time from them so you could talk to us about potential purchases. We will never forget your own excitement the moment our offer was accepted. We felt how our dream was your dream too. While there is no doubt that the amount of work you put into our home project should grant you a 50% commission, which is sadly out of our scope, for now we can offer you an unbreakable partnership in all future real estate adventures. However, above all, please accept our unconditional friendship. Echoing how this letter began, please never forget that you are one of the most important figures in the history of the Varhola-Moreno family."

We have known Sam Farahani for several years now and he impressed us with his positive attitude and…read moreexcellent outlook. He was always trying to find a solution, research all of the options and, even when there wasn't a good solution, he was always willing to stop, say that something didn't work and try to find another solution without blaming anyone or getting upset. When it came time to sell our Townhouse, he researched the market, helped us plan for exactly the right moment to sell, how to stage our home and when to stop trying to make it perfect. He also chose to go above and beyond to ensure that our townhouse was the top listing in the lower mainland. So when we sold for 20% more than any Unit in our complex had ever sold for, we were so elated and thankful. And when it came to buying a new Home Sam showed us everything. Rather than use default search parameters, he opened the search up and then manually went through the properties to find ones that might be the best fit for us. He reviewed the properties with us, helped us weed out the properties would not have been a good fit for us, visited the properties and gave us excellent advice about the long-term value of the properties (and listened to us when we identified properties that were not going to work). And when we found the property that we truly wanted he gave us good advice on what to offer and what to raise, as the inevitable bidding war started. And we got the House of our dreams, we are looking forward to moving in soon and getting settled in. And it is all thanks to Sam.

You can see that written in all of his reviews because I don't think it's possible anyone could ever walk away unhappy. Sam makes it his mission for you to succeed. We recently sold our condo and bought a house at probably the worst possible time. This market was terrifying. It was like swimming in a pool of hungry sharks, but in that pool Sam is the whale shark who just floats above it all, completely unbothered by the feeding frenzy. His ability to keep cool and optimistic is a super power. The difference between Sam and every other realtor we've ever dealt with or spoken to, is that he never once felt like a realtor, he felt like a brother who had our absolute best interest in mind. We never felt pressured or pushed to do anything, he talked through a million different choices and scenarios at length with me, he insisted we never make decisions we're uncomfortable with and he was always available with an honest opinion or advice. He's not only a stand up realtor, he a standup human being. It's rare to find such an incredible person who puts so much value into living such a pure and honest life. He truly wants the best for everyone. If Sam ever changed careers, I would hire him no matter what it was. If he became a dentist and said I needed all new teeth- I'd let him pull all my teeth right there, that is how much faith I have in Sam! He's a gem of a human, and thats exactly who you want by your side when making major life decisions. Sam, you are top notch- thank you, again! I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else! We are so grateful to know you!

He gave prompt professional service in a friendly manner. He has extensive knowledge and shared it clearly so that, as a senior, I could understand fully. He is a person of integrity. Communicates clearly and precisely. Neither Peter nor I, knowing the unique circumstances in the market at this time, knew what to expect. It turned out that, it was the best timing. The speed with which it all went through is absolutely amazing. Peter proceeded immediately by sending me listings of townhomes. Within a couple of days I had found the right one and put in an offer. We then listed my selling house. On Thursday. Had an open, by appt. only, on Friday afternoon, as well as Saturday. Got 12 offers! The binding contract was completed Saturday evening! Sold over asking price. It was all amazing to have happened this fast. In these times, I am delighted. I very much highly recommend the team of Peter and Susan and Samantha Clayton-Carroll as your Realtors
