That night I went bed so late because I couldn't stop reading their blog posts. It was very thorough, fun and easy to understand. I already could tell I would click with them. I got the courage to reach out to them after discussing it with my husband and it was THE BEST decision I made! Mariko and Radner absolutely went above and beyond! They are very professional, hardworking, genuine, down to earth and organized. They will make sure you are comfortable at all times and navigate you through all the steps of transactions. Not only did they sell our condo in 6 days but it also sold for the highest price ever in our building! Both the selling and buying process has been flawless with Mariko and Radner. There are simply no words to describe how helpful they are, but let me try anyway =) These guys were very patient to me since the very beginning, which was no easy task considering it was my first time buying a home. They always walked me through all doubts and concerns I had and guided me to make my own educated conclusions. The care they demonstrate in every contact opportunity is priceless. They are extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and responsible, and I felt safe on their hands at all times. The market expertise they have was essential to guide me toward the best investment, cost-benefit relation, location, etc. Their knowledge about the greater mainland housing market is off the charts and I felt like I was getting an exclusive advantage compared to others because of that. They also have an invaluable networks of trusted professionals that assist with mandatory services involved with the home purchase, such as inspectors, mortgage dealers, insurance brokers, etc. That saves huge time when making decisions and reduces risk of hiring the wrong people to zero. Radner and Mariko are among the most (if not the most) efficient professionals I've ever had the pleasure to meet. From beginning to end (and after), they were personable, helpful, objective, informative, and reliable. Whenever I needed them, they answered. They were there for me 100% of the time. They even picked me up and dropped me off from every open house! I mean, seriously? That kind of care is practically nonexistent nowadays and they aced it. In sum, they were ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in helping me find the perfect home and I'll be forever grateful to them! Best realtors ever!
