We had been looking to purchase our first home for several years, I contacted Edward as I had met him several years prior and remembered he was a Realtor with Remax and could recall he was a very, positive, kind, genuine guy and had great energy. We explained to Edward what we were hoping to find and what we could afford. We explained to him that we needed his help and advice as we really had no idea how to navigate this market. Edward was very knowledgeable and even though we had very strict and high expections of what we were looking for and where we wanted to live. He was able to assure us that we were not being unrealistic and it was better we knew what we wanted and needed to make sure we were really satisfied with what we found. Edward was able to gracefully take our hand and patiently guide us step by step to find the perfect home and price we needed for our family. After months of viewing places, Edward always reassured us that we would find exactly what we were looking for and continued to give us the confidence we needed to hear and not to be discouraged. Eventually we found our perfect place and are forever grateful for Edward and all that he was able to do for us. read more

my wife Helene and I met Paul in 2001, at the time we were trying to sell our single family home and had no luck at it, two unexperienced realtors had listed it consecutively for 3 and 6 months with no results .Paul listed at the right price ( a price higher than the other 2 agents ) and sold our Home within 3 weeks . After that we decided to buy our first investment property ( 2003 ) and a second one ( 2005 ). In both cases we trusted Paul again and were extremely pleased with the results .Paul listen and work hard to earn your trust. He has an incredible negotiating skills and the ability to close on your behalf, we believe this is what makes him unique and successful. 17 years later he is still our realtor, at times my wife thinks that he is a bit too direct when he talks to people but she will also admit that this " straight shooter attitude " get him exceptional results. Thank you again Paul !!!! read more

We weren't actively in the market/looking to purchase a home but an ideal situation came up for our recent circumstances and we needed a realtor at the last minute to help us put in an offer. Edward Eviston acted fast and got us moving forward to purchasing our first home. Through the whole process he has been a top-notch professional with great referrals. He is very responsive and prompt with his communication which helped put our minds at ease. Because this was our first time purchasing a home, we had no idea what to do. He helped walk us through the process and made us feel very comfortable to ask anything even if we felt it was a silly question. Beyond having a positive and great experience with using Edward as our realtor, he is very personable and genuinely a nice guy. Good people are hard to find and we would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. read more

We worked with Edward to find our first home and he really delivered! Edward was the third real estate agent we worked with and by the time we met him we were very disillusioned with the market and with realtors. We were also beginning to wonder if we would ever find the right home for our family. Edward was an objective sounding board for us throughout the process. He never had difficulty lining up viewings and he was committed to finding us the right home within our budget. He was professional throughout the process and never made us feel like anything was too much trouble. We really enjoyed working with Edward and he made what is a very stressful process, that much easier. We highly recommend Edward! read more

The team were all fantastic in helping me through the process of locating, negotiating and closing on my first home. They are exceptionally knowledgeable about every movement in the local market, they are very professional and are clearly well respected and trusted among their peers (based on how I noticed they were received by other realtors at showings and during negotiations). They also helped me with lots of invaluable wide ranging contacts which turned a daunting process into a great experience, and I couldn't be happier with my new home. Truly an excellent service and wonderful family run business. Thank you for your hard work! read more

I recently had the pleasure of having Paul Eviston sell my primary residence and a rental property. His ability to quickly resolve all the problems created by: an ex-wife, a 120 year-old house, and the 'normal' potential buyer issues, was nothing short of amazing. Not only did he secure a selling price over asking price for both properties, he did so in a rapidly declining market - at the worst time of the year to sell! His ability to juggle both the legal and personal priorities and influences in this chaotic environment was nothing short of masterful. I will only use Paul in the future for my buying and selling needs read more
