I got a scoop of their chocolate brownie ice cream. It was delicious- perfectly rich and creamy. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their ice cream flavors honestly. Service was kind and quick. I'm sure I'll be back!

This location is NOT friendly to individuals with disabilities... denied entry to my friend in a wheelchair

I brought my friend who is visiting from out of town to Rockefeller center, to see the top of the rock. We went to get some ice cream to enjoy while watching the skaters at the rink. While this is a smaller shop, there is NO excuse for how the employees at this Ben and Jerry's treated my friend, her husband and I. My friend has used wheelchair since childhood. The employee at this Ben and Jerry's felt this was a just reason to deny my friend entry, saying their store is too small for wheelchairs, but she could wait in the hall while we got her ice cream for her. DISGUSTING! I am switching to hagen daaz!

Every time I walk past here I smell the fresh waffle cones they are making. I'm glad that over the years they have added a dairy free option so we can all enjoy! The brownies they have in the front are fudge brownies and soft. The cooked are big but thin. And they have cakes that you can pick up or order!

Find this Ben & Jerry's inside Rockefeller's Concourse - escape from the blistering heat/cold, and dive into a cone. DO get their sweet cream and cookies ice cream. The name might not roll off the tongue, but the actual dessert does. DON'T get a large size serving in a cone. It's freaking huge, and is apt to topple to the floor. I've got a soft spot for ice cream, but the serving size is ridiculous. (Perfect for sharing.)

While attempting a 2nd visit to the LEGO store I decided to take a short cut this time through the Concords connecting the subway station and the ice skating ring area. I wanted to avoid the crowds of tourist that is usually circling the Rockefeller block at 1 mile per hour. I picked the south corridor of the Concords of shops because it was a turn to the right; make sense? No. This Friday evening I was really dragging my bud and could use a shot of sugar. Half way down the Concords I could not believe my eyes but a Ben & Jerry's; how lucky am I! I got my favorite two scoops ($4), Cherry Garcia and NY Super Fudge Chunk, to get me moving! My favorite use to be Chubby Hubby & Chunky Monkey but that's another long story. Yes, this was Friday dinner. PS- I am surprised that I am only the third reviewer.

Drum roll please! These are the FIRST EVER, Ben & Jerry's NON-DAIRY FLAVORS. Made with ALMOND MILK. Delicious!

April 12, 2016 is FREE CONE DAY!!! Thank you Ben & Jerry's! Success! I did get my Free scoop in a cup--the Rockefeller Center, lower concourse shop had run out of cones. That's ok, I loved my free scoop, in a cup. I appreciated it very much after a day of work. The very long line moved amazingly FAST!! Kudos to the very nice Ben & Jerry's staff, who made sure the shop NEVER FELT CROWDED. AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT!! And BIG THANKS to the Rockefeller Center uniformed lobby staff who were FANTASTIC, posted every few FEET along the very long lines. Those very nice uniformed, Lobby staff men and women kept things in check--orderly, peaceful, & moving along very, very, quickly!!! I have never seen such a WELL ORGANIZED, EXTREMELY LONG LINE MOVE SO FAST & IN SUCH A WONDERFULLY FRIENDLY & PEACEFUL WAY--THE POWER OF ICE CREAM!!!--THE BLISS OF FREE ICE CREAM!!! THE YUMMY ICE CREAM /FROZEN DESSERT DETAILS: See my photos to see what the FIRST EVER, BEN & JERRY'S NON-DAIRY (!!!) FROZEN DESSERT PINTS LOOK LIKE. This scoop shop had one of the non-dairy flavors available & that was my choice for FREE SCOOP. I enjoyed the "P. B. & Cookies" Non Dairy frozen dessert. It's not called ice cream because it's made with ALMOND MILK. It was DELICIOUS!!! I will be buying a pint of that, for sure. About a month ago, I asked Whole Foods East 57th St to please order the 4 NON DAIRY FLAVORS, & I showed them the same non-dairy photo I've posted here. (I love a good visual...helps to remember). So, how'd I know about the NEW, FIRST EVER, B&J (4) Non-Dairy Frozen Desserts? I am a long-time subscriber to B&J "CHUNK MAIL". Worth signing up for. About a month ago B&J sent me a surprise, cool promotional announcement via U. S. Mail. That's how I received the 4-flavor square, colorful card showing detailed Non-Dairy Pints. I also received two FREE pints, via 2 coupons tucked inside the lovely, empty pint of a non-dairy flavor. Yes, B&J spent $$$ sending out these FUN, boxes with goodies inside. So far, I have tried the Chunky Monkey NON-DAIRY, & thanks to Free Cone Day, I tried "P.B. & Cookies" Non-Dairy. BOTH EXCELLENT!!! FLAVORFUL, and with chunks of goodness. REALLY, REALLY GOOD!!! My first choice--the New, Non-Dairy flavors. TIP--consider signing up for Chunk Mail. I received an email from Ben & Jerry's telling me about FREE CONE DAY, & asking me to RSVP. As I mentioned, I went after work to try for my free scoop, and a coworker joined me--it was fun & laughs. My friend enjoyed a scoop of one of my favorites--"COFFEE COFFEE BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ. She loved it. This is an EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND FLAVOR IN SUPERMARKETS. Scoop shops have it. If you ever see it, buy it! You'll love it! You scream, I scream, WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM....Enjoy! Try a Non-Dairy flavor too.

Needed some ice cream therapy after a stressful yet joyous holiday. Lol There were like six people in front of me but the line moved fast. Loved the coffee buzz with java chip flavor.

"I scream! I scream for ice cream!" Ben & Jerry's the best place for the crave. This branch is situated in the underground level of Rockefeller Center. They serve their ice cream in cones, cups and bowl sizes. I had my chocolate sundae in cone with sprinkles on top. It was such a treat ! The sweetness and smoothness were just what I was looking for. The downside though of this place is the small sitting area. There are available seats in the dining center but I can't wait to finish it at once. That's how good their ice cream was. They offer more than ice cream too. As it is so close to Top of the rock ticket window,, it was little crowded on the time of the visit .

Still good in a cold day!
    Edna G.

B&J's is always good even on a cold day. This B&J's is located in the Rockefeller center. Ice cream and their waffle is always good by I am not sure I can pay$7 every single time? That is almost two gallons of ice cream tubs I can buy at your local grocery on sale! =) Once in awhile is good only ...

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

I was just walking by when they were handing out samples, took one bite, and immediately turned around to buy a full serving. It was THAT good. In fact, I went back the very next day... no regrets. There's just something special about their gelato--especially when topped with that rich pistachio sauce. On a previous visit to their Times Square location, I had one of their more decadent creations: gelato with waffle sticks and pistachio sauce. It was absolutely heavenly and incredibly delicious. This time, I didn't have room for something quite as indulgent, but I still wanted something sweet after dinner at La Basque. The closest Amorino was in Greenwich Village, just a 10-minute walk away. That walk alone is always a treat--Greenwich Village is charming, pedestrian-friendly, and full of outdoor dining and energy, especially on a September Saturday afternoon. I grabbed my gelato to-go and chose the amarena and hazelnut flavors, topped with the signature pistachio sauce. They poured the sauce at the bottom of the cup, and it hardened slightly to create a delicious shell underneath the gelato. I enjoyed it while walking through the Village, soaking in the late-summer atmosphere of the city with gelato in hand. Simple, sweet, and exactly what I needed.
