Normally, I prefer meeting in person! I started using Turbo Tax in 2011 and liked the experience. In 2018 I decided to use someone from Facebook who had great reviews.. my experience was horrible! I filed my own State return and was charged over $800. I was furious to say the least. This time when I was referred I was EXTREMELY hesitant! Christina was DELIGHTFUL from start to finished. BEM is great. She's quick and responsive, even if it's late. We had her do our taxes & her fees are much more reasonable than JH or HRB. If you want to hire someone to do your taxes, BEM is probably one of the best ones. They have a lot of clients, and like I said, they respond pretty quickly.
