The pantry lady recommended it to my friend and I...fanfastique! delicieux! only local Québecois wines and a limited menu.
we had stopped as a first treat on a restaurant crawl. she had a poetically named white wine, so unique, bright with acid, full round profile and delightful fragrant finish. i opted for a truly memorable sparkling wine..unfiltered, so earthy, lively and full full flavour reminiscent of a great normandy cidre!
