When I was 19 years old I owned a 1966 chrysler 300 383 big block. This 2006 is 40 years it's grandson, and I love this car. The car was taken to Inter-Tech Collision in Red Oak Iowa. I was very nervous about the car being in someone elses hands. However, I found this not to be the case. Gary Gawryluk and Mollee Lunkwitz were very friendly and professional. My car was taken very well care of. Gary and Mollee seem to practice "old school" service (customer first) a rare thing indeed these days of the all mighty dollar ruling all. Rex Varilek, the owner, personally took care of my truck as his technicians were on vacation for memorial day weekend. Despite his busy schedule, he took excellent care of me and helped me diagnose an issue with my truck that I had been experiencing. He offered printed screens of all the diagnostics and took the time to answer all the questions I had for him. Nothing but courteous and patient. I only had my diagnostic service done so I can't speak to the maintenance services, but Rex was dedicated to helping another customer before me get back on the road. My understanding is he worked from 7 am to when he helped me at around 6pm. I highly recommend Precision Diesel. They have the technical expertise and experience and provide the friendly customer service you would expect from a Mid-West business.
