Took my 2004 Chevy Impala to D & H for an over heating problem. Other shops had replaced the…read moreradiator, the water pump, and the thermostat and I was still over heating. Getting short on money ( for repairs that did not help) and patience, a friend recommended I take my car to Dave at D & H . After running a pressure test on the cooling system Dave discovered I had a blown head gasket . After further checking Dave found that when I had replaced my serpentine belt I had installed it wrong The belt diagram was missing from my engine compartment so I had gone over my water pump pulley instead of under it. That did not allow my coolant to circulate properly Dave repaired the problem at a very reasonable price and once again I can drive my Chevy and not worry about over heating

Had my first and last experience with this place. Bought a car that had only been serviced by this…read moreplace and decided to stop by after work and see if anything was due on the vehicle and also to get an alignment. I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Heard they were a good honda shop but maybe they dont work on Hondas anymore. Not sure how they fix cars if they dont take walkins and they dont take appointments. Thanks for nothing Milton Honda!

Placed a call to Gene's since my former go to fella has passed. Ken, RIP my friend. Let me know a price and time frame of being ready tomorrow. With a need for the car ASAP, or we wouldn't have it, I made arrangements to have it towed over. All I can say is I am amazed, car was ready a few hours later. Price was exactly as quoted and no useless upsell attempts. Let me know brakes were low, and gave me a reasonable price quote. We will definitely be back for any repairs I can't handle. Highly recommend and am completely happy at this time.
