That is FAR too convenient, to be honest. :) I'm always on the lookout for new and/or craft and/or local beer, and this place Has It All. I've never been disappointed and I've often found something I 100% did not expect to find. They have a huge/vast/ENORMOUS selection of beers here. Even on those occasion when I want something but I don't know what I want, I can find something. While I'm not much of a wine drinker, they have a pretty robust (robust?) selection of wines as well. Likewise the liquors, all logically arranged and merchandised. The staff here is always pleasant and fun, and, unless they're busy, don't mind taking a few moments to engage in some small talk. They're also well versed in what they have and have never failed to help me make the best decision to properly enhance my hangover the next morning. I have one issue with this location, and it's nothing that I'd take star away for. The parking lot is dark, even though there are lights outside. We finally decided to ask about that and it goes back to when there was an ATM installed a couple years ago and the ATM installer cut a cable and hasn't repaired it yet. I love this location of Belmont Beverage. When you walk in there are vast tracts of land with alcohols of every conceivable kind. It's kinda like a kid and an adult candy store.

They have a lot of knowledge regarding their products and love to share that. My favorite is their Flat Iron steaks. The marinate is fantastic and the cut of meat is very high quality. I also prefer their Hog Wings - a unique pork product that feels like your eating a rib/wing combo. Their ham salad is maybe the best I have ever had! I'm not as found of their deli salads. I've not tried many different kinds. They just aren't what I prefer. Overall this is a great neighborhood place to go for high quality products and service. The downside is they aren't as price competitive as the grocery store if that is more important to you than quality. Note: Dave Hill's does not source its meat locally due to safety reasons. Therefore we nation wide meat supply is short...their selections will be narrower.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. This store is filled with the oldies but classic goodies as well as upcoming trends in the liquor scene and local distilled, brewed, or barreled in Fort Wayne. They often have prices marked down on sale which ends up being a great deal. It's sometimes a good markdown. They have cold beer on hand in the coolers and they have lots of side items such as butters simple syrup salts and tons of mixers. It's fun to see what new items they have what's been marked down and what you can't leave the store without. Behind the counter they have a wide variety of cigars and cigarettes and the supplies to go with that hobby. Along with that they have bottle openers gift bags nuts and gum. Plus much more. What I love about this location as well as their others is that hey offer alcohol tastings at various times. And for FREE!! I enjoy coming to these because it lets me taste things that I have been wanting to try but didn't want to spend the money on it if I didn't enjoy it. It also gives men ideas on what to mix liquor with or a special drink to add to my collection. Like them on FB and you'll see the events they have. Some are pop ups too. I def recommend coming here. Lady behind the counter has just awful customer service. Not that hard to pick up the Reposado and say oh this is how you say it or this is what it is. It has a yellow tint to it.) but that doesn't give anyone the excuse to be rude. Like help me out.
