This small park is nestled in between a neighborhood and Fort Sam Houston. Right behind the park are The Towers, a retirement community. Needless to say, it's a pretty quiet and tame neighborhood park. I think it'd be frowned upon if you show up blasting the car stereo and bashing a pinata in this park. It's more of a contemplative park.
The park is very zen. A little stream flows through the middle of the park, along which a concrete sidewalk trail meanders through this long, but narrow park. The total length of the trail is about a quarter of a mile, and there are park benches along the way if you need a place to sit.
Most of the park is covered with huge oak trees, and is quite picturesque.
This isn't a good park for field sports, like soccer or football, since there's a ditch running through the middle of the park, and there are so many trees, you can't get a good playing field.
There are no restrooms.
