My thought was the attendant forgot to give them to me, not at all the case. Turns out I threw them in the trash, simply moving too fast. Jordan not only handled me professionally, took the time to review the tapes and advised me I in fact took them. Again, going way beyond he checked the trash where I pumped and then once more the trash outside of the door, where he found the tickets and cared enough to call me to let me know. I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and compassion this man showed me! It is not even weekly that I get stellar customer service like this and especially in my own error. I waited till Saturday evening to pick them up. The two medicines were Trilogy and Ozempic. When I went to pick them up and was told both were delayed. This happens every time with the Ozempic. I was told if I could find it somewhere else, they would transfer the order. Why did they not notify me about the issue? Why didn't they find it somewhere else rather than expecting me to chase it down. I have been a longtime customer. Notification would have been nice. I am planning on moving my business because the has become a total frustration. Once or twice cann happen, but not every time. Sorry doesn't work all the time.
