I always used to hate going to gyms that are full of fit and pretty people that are "maintaining" their perfect physique... but this is not that gym =) It's not a "pick up" gym, its a comfortable place with many different body shapes and sizes =). All the other members and staff make the classes fun and a 45 minute class is over before you know and you feel you've worked hard. I've never felt confident at other gyms but I've been a member at Club 300 since it opened, it's like a little community who make new members feel at welcome all the time, I definitely recommend trying a class!!

I took some recommendations, Mike and the team at Club 300 continued to be top of peoples' lists. I met with Mike and started working with him and was immediately impressed by the ABC. A - The Attention to detail in preparing the sessions, giving appropriate nutritional advice, critiquing movement patterns and adapting both sessions and practices to suit my race schedule and abilities. B - Working with me to master the Basics and explaining the underpinning anatomy, physiology and biomechanics behind why and how we were going to achieve the aim. C - Continually adapting sessions to meet the aim and keep them Challenging but achievable. For me lastly it is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Mike and the whole team have created that deserves mention. It is no way an intimidating place to train and I quite genuinely look forward to every session. I can't recommend Club 300 highly enough.

I love this pool as it is sooo much better than my local pool in Crieff. I suppose it is because…read morethere is so much more to the facility, but also things like water temperature is so much better as the Crieff pool is freezing. They offer excellent baby classes at very reasonable prices, with great instructors. Staff are also very friendly and helpful that it makes swimming one with a wee one more enjoyable. There is such a lot to interest all ages of children, and with a training pool for older kids and adults then there is something for everyone. The cafe is a bit of a disappointment as far as adult and older children's food is concerned but I was pleased to find a microwave to heat the little ones food. Haven't tried the outdoor pool yet but maybe on a very nice day?!

I've recently joined this gym and have to say I am really enjoying it. I've only been going to…read moreclasses, not using the gym itself as that's what I prefer and I really do like them. The instructors are great. Easy to follow instructions with variety for different abilities and all very professional, but also fun. Not being instructed by robots! It's a really friendly atmosphere which is the reason I keep going back. And I have tried gyms before and just give up as don't enjoy it. The only reason for 1 star being off is because the pool can be seen from reception and the cafe area which for me is off putting. I'm sure a lot of people won't bother about this, but I'd prefer it to be more private.
