They initially lost the last set of sheets and then discovered someone else weirdly picked up and paid for here linen. One of the staff remembered giving the sheets to someone who was not my fiancé but they took so long to work out what happened that they could no longer check cctv footage. While waiting to get this issue resolved my fiance picked up her dry cleaning and found a pair of pants that were not hers and promptly returned the item. Hopefully the real owner gets that item back. Jennifer the manager has been slow to action or acknowledge the problem basically saying "well someone else has picked it up" and gone back on her word for reimbursement for the lost items. It is truely disappointing the lack of care this business has for other people property and how little they care about there loyal customers. So i would caution any current of future customers from doing business here.
