After calling in and having them set me up in their system for my first reservation, I was able to make my own reservations online for my future reservations. Being able to make my own reservations is convenient and very important to me because it allows me to make reservations after business hours as well! They offer really competitive hourly and day rates on their conference rooms & day offices. They have all the technology that you need including, printing, scanning and faxing. Makes working virtually very convenient. When you have guests meeting you there at the office, they have an awesome and professional reception staff that will greet your clients. They will even ring the office you're in to let you know your guest has arrived. It really provides your clients with the illusion that you have an office space there on site. Once I start doing more business in Sacramento, I'll definitely start looking into picking up one of their virtual office plans which includes phone service with a live receptionist, use of their business address and even conference room hours! They also have virtual office plans as simple as just a business address. I really don't understand why some folks use a PO Box as their business address, when they can have a prestigious business address at a really affordable cost! Not only do they offer virtual office plans, but they also rent out office space here! They do it all! I have met a lot of different professionals here who rent an office space on site. Most of them used to work from home offices and have said their experience here has been so much better than working from home. It think everyone really appreciates the professional atmosphere that they offer! The friendly and personable staff here is what I really love. They provide such great customer service and they're very knowledgeable about what they do. Every time I am unable to print from my laptop or need assistance with simple admin work, they're always there to help! I'm so glad to have found such an awesome place to work virtually whenever I am in town.

Total lack of communication among their staff. Afterward, we requested a receipt of payment and were told we would receive it via email the next day. She proceeded to scream at us and tell us that we were to never contact her company ever again. We paid for an additional hour as an appreciation for accommodating our meeting late in the day. Kelly proceeded to say that it wasn't going to affect her paying the mortgage. Their offices are probably nice, but Kelly sure needs to take a course in professionalism. We will never use this place again and encourage people to look for alternatives.

The manager told me she would submit the request and instructed me to select the related services online, which I did. After my agreement expired, the manager called and told me that the price she had quoted was too low and that my Business Continuity request had not been processed. She said I was no longer eligible for that service and would need to purchase a virtual-office package instead. I was not asking Regus to provide ongoing mail service for free. Because I had followed the instructions given to me before my agreement ended and was expecting one particular letter, I asked whether the office could simply notify me if that letter arrived. The manager declined. I submitted a complaint through Regus's online portal but received no substantive response. Customers purchasing offboarding or mail-continuity services should obtain written confirmation that the service has been activated before their office agreement ends.

When you first walk in there's lots of local vendors in the Sacramento area promoting their goods and services. After that you walk through the corridor and see lots of local artist work and exhibits. There are days they're doing live demonstrations as well as live music and they had a cool raffle. There also was lots of food given away like a charcuterie cup, cheesecake and a lot of mixologist non-alcoholic of course. Overall it was a fun event and it's really cool to see what the inside looks like a great opportunity for our youth

Victim Location 92882 Type of a scam Government Agency…read moreImposter I received a yellow official looking envelope that resembles tax documents with a form 501-LLC (January 2022) to my business address addressed to my business name stating that I need to mail a check for $243 to Corporate Processing Service 836 57th St, Suite 490, Sacramento, CA 95819-3327. It states that I need to respond no later than March 15, 2022 and "Statutory filing provisions are found in California Corporations Code Section 17060, unless otherwise indicated. Failure to file the Statement of Information by the DUE DATE will result in the assessment of a $250.00 penalty which will be assessed by the California Franchise Tax Board, Corporations Section 1765(b) and 17653; Revenue and Taxaction Code Section 19141." As you can see, the document sounds very official and has the same formatting as a tax document when you see it. It has areas where it states that it is not a government agency but the bolded sections of the document all point to penalties, due dates, due amount, and other items. There is an item at the bottom of the front page that states "this is not a bill. This is a solicitation." However, I am afraid that others will be fooled by this and I already know people that have just started businesses that have been fooled by these scams. The document looks very misleading because of all the busy fine print one would customarily find on tax forms and government notices. The back of the document even has instructions that look just like tax forms. I knew this was not a government letter only because my business manager had already advised me that my statement of information for 2022 was already filed earlier this year. This particular night was No. 2 - a week later than No. 1 - which provided a great fundraising opportunity for the artists and supporters of the Netflix show "Stranger Things" mentioned above - a community based in part here in Sacramento. It was only $5 (suggested donation - not coerced at all - which is why I gave $10) to enjoy the beauty of the local artists! LAYOUT The art work was on two levels. To continue receiving all our mail, Regus wanted to increase our monthly charges by 300%. I told them three months before the end of our contract that we could not renew under those conditions. That's how our original House Rules said we were to cancel the contract, by telling center staff. However, Regus had uploaded new House Rules to our account with NO notification or indication that they were new, so we were expected to know that we could only cancel online. They expect us to pay for mail service that won't even receive all of our mail. Fortunately, we were able to stop the credit card charges, but Regus has sent us to their collections department. I have been fighting with them for six months. We are using another vendor in town and are much happier. Beware of Regus.

An Event Space That Has Movie Nights! And Art! And Food! And Beer! BEEER!…read more SITREP Capsity is a great event space that allows for a variety of business activities to take place. It allows for the pooling of resources amongst many individuals so that the costs of doing business - especially for start-ups - can be greatly reduced. This also provides for an invaluable sharing of experiences between different business owners and entrepreneurs to share their talents with each other. SETUP Both Jeff & Ricardo, the managers / owners of this business, are exceptional "salesmen" as he sells this whole concept of a "beehive". When speaking to Jeff about how this promotes business in Sacramento, it's really a lot of fun and makes a lot of sense how the Office-Hosting concept and Business-Networking take place.
