The environment is peaceful, comfortable, and your body just seems to take a deep breath. I have had 3 treatments at Champalou now, Tiffany is AMAZING and so knowledgeable I will make visiting this spa part of my wellness routine. The owner also has her own holistic skincare line which is fabulous. The blue Tansy oil is amazing. I also love that the ladies here seem to be rooted in Christ. She colored it beautifully, and when it grew out, she knew that the gray I have in my hair would be masked by the way she placed the highlights so I didn't have to go right in again to have my hair colored. I would recommend Jayleen to anyone who knows what they want, or really doesn't know what they want, because she's that good that she can make your hair look great. Upon entering the building, it was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and donuts by JT. It made us feel like a million bucks. JT was so friendly! A 90 minute massage was fantastic and included a good scalp massage. My only problem was I put on the fill out sheet to focus on my lower back and that was definitely not the focus. Other than that, the pressure was fantastic and I felt WONDERFUL leaving the room. Between the massage and the facial, my friend and I were able to chat and enjoy another glass of champagne while they prepped the rooms. The facial was good by Nas. It was my first, so I don't have much comparison, but she walked me through it. My skin feels fantastic. It is not a cheap spa day, but both my friend and I felt like we were the most important people in the world and only we mattered. I will definitely recommend this place to others

I love that I can grab a smoothie at life cafe and then sneak back to the relaxation area while I wait for my treatment session. The receptionist is always prompt and attentive -- they've always been courteous and it doesn't hurt that they have cucumber water upon arrival. The first massage I got here with Joy was a XEN massage but she did more of a deep tissue. While there was a lot of pressure my back felt so much better after the fact! Second massage with Rachel -- I booked a XEN massage to loosen some of the knots in my back before carrying on with the rest of my day. She worked out every knot in my back and it felt AMAZING! I can't wait to come back soon!
