The staff at the Academy are friendly and nice. The atmosphere homey and non threatening. My DS loves his lessons at the school and it was the right decision for us to place him here. She explained she goes slow, but I didn't mind at all because I understood she was learning and being attentive. When she had a question about something or needed some advice, she would call over her instructor. In the end, my hair looks just like I asked, shorter with layers and thinned out. I am glad I came and I will be back for another haircut and other services.
