I told her that since I had entered the store and voiced that I wanted to use the $12.99 coupon, either the stylist should have honored the company's coupon or not cut my hair unless the coupon was found and worked. She said that she would have the district manager call me. Four days later and I have received no call from the district manager. This feels like a Great Clips company coupon sham!!
