She cut my hair. As I exited to pay, I looked for the $12.99 coupon on my phone and couldn't find it. (The usual cost is $20.00.). The stylist did little to help me find the coupon. After about 7-8 minutes looking for it, she told me that I would have to pay full price. Not happy!! A few days later I called and asked to talk to the store manager, Jada. I told her that since I had entered the store and voiced that I wanted to use the $12.99 coupon, either the stylist should have honored the company's coupon or not cut my hair unless the coupon was found and worked. She said that she would have the district manager call me. Four days later and I have received no call from the district manager. This feels like a Great Clips company coupon sham!! I won't be going to Great Clips in the future!
