I took it back and they said they forgot to wash it and then sent me back home. The leak continued and I had to take it back in for a 3rd time. They apologized, but it would've been nice to get a refund, especially since I had to buy my own cat litter to clean the mess the leak made and I had to make three trips instead of one.
