There's a pavilion where live music was played several of the days that we were there. There's a Pickleball court and my two oldest kids went out and played on it several times. The unit we stayed in was decorated beautifully. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would bring up is that they are doing construction, which can be a little inconvenient. Also, they promote that they have a gym and I would not classify what they have as a gym. It's a really small room with a couple machines. This location is great so I would consider staying here in the future.

I understand that policies exist for a reason but of all the places I have lived in Okaloosa (five) and of all the different places I have inquired about (around fifteen), no management or realtor has ever been as rigid and unprofessional as LeAnn and Letty Howell. As a service member who constantly deploys to combat, puts my stuff up in storage, and looks for a new place to live as redeployment approaches, I have some pretty difficult circumstances that I have been able to work around with previous owners. I've had to (e)mail notarized documents in, pay for deposits over the phone, ask for exceptions in order to have my keys ready for me when I get home from Afghanistan, etc. But these two were having none of it. But beyond that....the TONE. The ATTITUDE. The nerve to tell me that I need to put my fiancée up in a hotel (?!) when I get home because she can't move in until they process her application and she can't submit her application from her home country (she isn't from the US). Yea ok. The nerve to LAUGH when I requested that they ask the guy who had submitted PCS orders (and had told them he was leaving within a month) for an exact leave date so that I knew when to fly my fiancée in and whether or not I needed to reserve a hotel. I can't make this up...they laughed at my logistical difficulties. That's when I started looking for somewhere else to live and found something great soon after. And that's just to mention two incidents. But its a common occurrence. Any time you answer the phone you get the feeling you bothered them by asking them to do work. Just having to deal with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum at the front desk is enough to want to make me look elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same, especially if you are military.

Two couples sharing a condo for a much needed escape from reality…read more We stayed in October 2018. Room 402 was wonderful, everything we needed was there. Condo was clean and comfy, felt homey and welcoming. I had only one small issue with our place, are you ready for this one? The doors in the second bedroom were squeaky, both bathroom doors and bedroom door not just a little squeak but loud squeaky. You don't want squeaky doors when you are trying to sneak out early before anyone else is awake. Beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was directly below our condo. I was worried this would be an issue with noise but it wasn't. I liked it because I could see when it was a good time to enjoy the pool area. Made many walks to the pier, walking distance to several restaurants. I will look first at Sea Oats when we return to Ft Walton.

Easy walk past the outdoor pool to the beach. Nice floorplan layout. Unfortunately, there were many items that were not great. Every remote control either had dead batteries, or no batteries at all. The master bedroom bathroom toilet ran every 45 seconds, which is really annoying. The hall bathroom toilet seat was really loose and the sink clogs. The garbage disposal was not working, and there were stinky things in there that smelled up the entire unit. The floor trim that divides the dining area from the living room was busted. The cleaning was not that well; a babies bib was left on the balcony, cereal was on the floor behind the night stand and walking around in white socks left them black.

Absolute horrible. Work order so the same thing have been put in several times, then closed saying…read morerepaired, when no one came to the apartment. Took care of silverfish ourselves, and mold inssues outside the door. Key entry fob not working and was supposed to fixed, still waiting. When we moved in the dishwasher and washing machine was full of mildew. Made us sign a move in sheet before we saw the apartment, or they wouldn't give us the keys. There is just so much more. They are in breach of contract, but try to talk themselves out. Don't move in there even if its cheap, it really isn't. Electric bill goes up every month.
