Rustic hardwood floors guide guests toward an inviting dining room where tables are dressed classic Italian place settings and center pieces. Smells from the kitchen whet your appetite. The overall atmosphere is luxurious without pretense: warm, intimate, and effortlessly elegant, the kind of place where every detail feels thoughtfully considered and every guest feels like they've discovered something special. They have a comprehensive Italian menu, heavily influenced by the Tuscan region. Service is excellent, everything our party had was delicious.

I got something red which was good (yes I'm quite the connoisseur). Many were enjoying their pizza, but I headed straight to the pasta section tonight. Carbonara looked tasty and I was right: the pancetta was abundant and added to the creamy egg-Parmesan sauce. Accompanying was a nice house salad which was "well-apportioned". I would have loved to imbibe further on dessert, but this was early in my trip, and I needed to pace myself. The atmosphere is lovely and the wait staff friendly and attentive. It seems like many families enjoy the family-like atmosphere, so you'll feel welcomed next time you visit.

The venue is splitted into three main adjacent saloons. The main one has very high vaulted cealings, with trees and open windows, which give you the sensation of eating outside due to the breeze comming in. However, my impression is that if you are seated in the smaller ones, the number of waiters and staff members is more limited and therefore the service a little slower. All staff members are well trained and friendly enough. Now to the food. We sample a pastry with hazelnut filling. It seemed fresh. we asked it to be reheated for us, they end up producing a poorly heated bread with cold filling. not entirely unpleasant but not to my liking. My wife liked thus. The entrees were very good. Flavorful, aromatic and perfectly delivered on the table with very nice appearance. The "huevos aporreados" is a scrambled eggs dish with a fried beans sauce, all mixed together in the same pan. The resulting mixture is served over a fried tortilla, and topped with avocado slices, Mexican crema, and fresh grated cheese. The result is a very hearty dish, full of nutrients, flavors, and textures. What's the problem? while very well executed, it was no different to the ones served in more modest diners. The flavors are the same, no wow factor but with a higher price attached to it. The pancakes were delicious! Perfectly sweet and fluffy, but crumbly and without structure. They couldn't maintain their own weight even before adding honey. Moreover, they only serve two pancakes per plate. I honestly was expecting the three pancake assembly, served literally everywhere else. Finally, again, no wow factor. only offered traditional toppings and had very limmited options of syrups. Overall, Torino is a plain "good" restaurant and a little overprice, considering what they offer. It offers a safe option for breakfast, with good value, and nice atmosphere. I will definitely considere this place again, but only if there are no new and more exiting options or in the mood of something familiar and traditional.
