I have only had good experiences with fantastic outcomes. And anyone that can make my thin, fine hair feel full of volume has my wholehearted support! She goes the extra mile with scented, heated towels after shampooing and a lovely head massage. And she isn't a big product pusher, so you don't have to worry about leaving your appointment with 4 expensive bottles of product you didn't really need.
