Do know that there are no free refills - so you won't be surprised to find a $10.50 charge for 3 iced-teas!! Many foreign employees and language is a barrier for many of them. Our room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there is an underlying odor of must/mold which is strong in the bottom level. The views are beautiful. The Legend and Cedar River golf courses were nice to play. It was a nice time, but I do not think I'd choose to return.

When we got to the motel the room was nice and clean and the air was crisp and cool.(nice after camping in the heat) Susie gave us all the info on where to go for food and drinks and we were able to come back and relax with our pups after a stressful morning. Debbie Dilly runs the inn and keeps it fresh, clean, and well-manicured. Slightly off the beaten path, Bellaire is very comfortable and pleasant. Bellaire Inn is about a 15 minute walk from town. Often, after a day of motorcycling, my friends and I elect to just walk rather than drive or ride. And, nice plus, there's a very nice breakfast restaurant just across the parking lot from the inn. That alone gets 4-5 stars for its food and cozy embrace, complementing the inn nicely.

It was beautiful, and the BnB reminded me so much of the house I grew up in with its Victorian construction, that I felt such a massive amount of nostalgia that I not only slept like a baby, but was bummed that I had to eventually come home. The lady who got us our tee time on Thursday over the phone (she was at cedar river) was extremely friendly and thorough. She was able to squeeze us in with a group of 3 for Saturday. Mind you, being only $30 this weekend, it was bound to be packed. We got to our tee time, what we thought was 20 minutes early. Just to be told that the group of 3 had added another person and that we would be alone and would have to tee off immediately (mind you I was the rider and my boyfriend was golfing). The girl at the pro shop who checked us in was also extremely friendly and understanding. Long story short, we were blamed by some guy that seemed to have walked out to the carts just to hassle us about the mishap on their end, think his name was Troy or something. He proceeded to blame us and tell us that we were late and "missed" our tee time since the group added another person that NO ONE informed us about prior to actually showing up..... he was completely rude about it and frankly pretty snobbish. We wanted to experience a nicer golf course than what we're used to and although it was pretty organized, seems like there's a lot of internal disorganization.
