I have to give a shout-out to our server, who somehow managed to carry around those tiny glasses filled to the brim without spilling a single drop. I don't know how she did it! They really need to switch to taller champagne flutes because those little glasses were working against her. There were four of us celebrating the start of my birthday weekend, and brunch was the perfect way to kick it off. My husband ordered the hash, which he absolutely loved. My girlfriend had the avocado toast, and it looked delicious. As for me... I have to laugh because I honestly can't remember exactly what I ordered. We visited BellaBrava this evening for a delicious Italian dinner, and overall, it was a great experience! The atmosphere was inviting and lively, and despite it being a busy Saturday night, we were able to walk in and get a table immediately. Our food came out surprisingly quickly, and the staff was attentive throughout the evening. We started with drinks, including a Moscow Mule and the Blueberry Prosecco Martini. The martini was flavorful yet refreshing! The warm bread with dipping oil was a lovely touch, and the focaccia was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Beef Carpaccio, which is a nice gluten-friendly option. The capers on top added a great touch! For our main course, we tried the Spinach & Goat Cheese Ravioli. Our waiter graciously split the dish in half so we could share, and this is an absolute must-try! The unique pistachio pesto sauce was out of this world. I would order this dish again and again! We also ordered the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, which unfortunately didn't quite live up to the rest of the meal. Given how impressed we were with the flavors of everything else, the pizza fell a little flat. It lacked flavor overall, and the hot honey wasn't as prominent as we had hoped. I was very disappointed with my experience at BellaBrava today. I went with a group of 10 friends, and the amount of complimentary bread they brought to the table was nowhere near enough for a party of our size. The staff insisted that what they served was the equivalent of three loaves, but I even took a picture because it clearly wasn't. When we politely asked for more bread, we were told we would have to pay an additional $5 for each extra basket. It wasn't about the money--it was about the principle and the lack of hospitality. For a restaurant serving a large group, this felt incredibly cheap and unwelcoming. Good customer service is about making guests feel valued, especially when they bring a large party. I've had the hot honey pizza before maybe a year ago at the Tampa location and having it again here reminded me how good it is. My mom's favorite dish is Beef Carpaccio so for her birthday, decided to take her to a place that supposedly had the best. We decided to sit outside as the weather was wonderful. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to beef Carpaccio. I've had it so many places and some are good, but others were insanely bad (as one of my last reviews). This one was by far the best I've had in Florida. Absolutely amazing and what made it even better was the sautéed capers. I'm not a capers fan but done this way, I couldn't get enough. The Arancini balls were absolutely delicious. Forgot to ask what the sauce was, but absolutely amazing. You could tell the pasta was actually homemade. Tortellini was more shaped like a ravioli which is the only negative I can say about it, but it was done al denté the way it's supposed to be, and there was plenty of lobster in every bite. Most places tend to skimp when it comes to lobster filling, but not this place and it was cooked perfectly. They brought my mom a piece of chocolate cake which was also amazing! I've been to the BellaBrava in Land o Lakes multiple times and we were over in St Pete for a show and decided to try them out. We had made reservations for 4 and had to add 1 more and they were so accommodating. The service was great, for being busy we were helped very quickly and by 2 waiters! The waiter made great recommendations that did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing and I found the bread in this location to be better than our local one. While the inside was smaller than our local one and not as bright, their outdoor seating was huge and well equipped with heat lamps and lots of seating. read more

I came into town to attend a music festival and also met up with a friend from my hometown. I told him I was craving Italian and he suggested this place. While we had a reservation for 9:15, my overly controlling host for Airbnb made us late but thankfully they were still able to accommodate us. We were sat in a booth and immediately given water and complimentary foccaccia (big enough for each person to get two pieces). I was starving and because I love bread, naturally, I dove right in. The focaccia was light and paired well with the olive oil that was on the table. Usually I'd ask for balsamic but it was good enough without it. We decided to split the arancini for an app, drink wise, I went with the blueberry prosecco martini and for my entree, I got the chicken parm. The arancini was good! It's been a while since I've had arancini with no meat but his was def pleasing to the palate! The drink did not disappoint; it was the perfect mix of bubbles and fruit and something I'd describe as sophisticated yet fun! Our main dishes came shortly after and I was overwhelmed by my plate. They def don't skimp when it comes to portions and I could have easily made several meals out of my plate. The chicken was breaded perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The pasta (one I've never tried before) was delicious and was the perfect choice for the sauce (Asiago cream sun dried tomato). After eating all I could, we asked for the check and were on our way. You def get your money's worth here from the food to the service and everything in between. Have been here several times. Love the location in the heart of downtown St Pete. Service was great. It's a very crowded space but still was comfortable. I think they have very good food overall .... for me , not up there with some of my favorite Italian restaurants, but that being said, I've never had bad meal. The truffle pasta is excellent. The bread and oil dip with fresh garlic is a great touch. I was happy they served my bottle Aqua Panna here and they also serve Coke products if you are a soda drinker..They brought out fresh Bread and Garlic and Oil and will bring butter out upon request as well...They have a nice menu and it was hard to decide .I tried the Crostata, which was a unique dish and I was not disappointed,.it was filled with Gemelli pasta, Onions, Pepper, in a light sauce and Mozzarella and is served with or without Sauceage. The food was great and the staff was friendly, which made for a nice experience overall. The only downside was that it felt like there wasn't much air conditioning -- it was very warm inside, and there was a giant fan blowing near us the whole time, which made it a bit loud. The Blueberry Prosecco Martini is absolutely delicious and one of my favorite drinks! Pesto was sooo good. Herbs were not as strong as others would make them, but I think the creaminess also helped tone it down a little. Only thing that I can note about it is that.. I wish there was an option where I can add a protein on it, and more sum dried tomatoes (there was only 3pcs) Calamari on the other hand was phenomenal. It wasn't fresh, crispy, soft, flavorful! There were mixture of thin sliced lemon wedges, red peppers and pickles on it! Who would've thought you can deep fry lemon wedges?? They were amazing. It came with a roasted tomato aioli which was delish, and we also asked for a fresh hot marinara sauce. I got the Bellini drink, which was a prosecco, with peach purée and peach schnapps. It was yummy and definitely a go to! The pizza was also delicious, it was loaded with meat. This is my second time coming to BellaBrava, it was just as amazing as the first time. Their Frozen Strawberry Lemonade is a MUST, specially in Summer time. It tastes amazing, not too sugary, not too plain.
