Mrs…read more McConnell came out and gave me one of the warmest greetings that I have ever received at a medical office. I had not been at the first appt, so she brought me right up to speed on the status of things. I could tell that my daughter was right at ease and comfortable. We enjoyed a casual banter throughout the visit as she explained things and answered questions, to/for both of us. Best of all, the first assessment and adjustment seemed to have worked very well. As a side note, most offices have worthless drivel magazines laid out as an after thought, but this was only the second office which I can recall which had books laid out, and carefully selected books at that. If you ask my family, they will tell you that I find fault with most businesses that I deal with, but I will certify that this office topped the charts for professionalism, service and true caring.

Khavari always asks me if I have any questions, but with my being a first-time mom, I'm not sure what to ask or what I'm doing and she doesn't explain much to me. Honestly, she is very quiet and doesn't have very much to say at all during my visits. I had bloodwork done and a month later haven't even been told that the results came back, let alone told what the results were. It's almost like my bloodwork was never done. I had multiple tubes taken and was never even told what testing was going to be done or what they were looking for in my results. I've been considering switching doctors but since I'm already halfway through my sixth month of pregnancy, I'm not sure if another doctor would want to take me on as a patient.
