Referred to one side as I have no idea what's going on over here but it's like not even growing. Umm yeah I know. I have health issues and stress levels thru the roof. I'm here for a quick cut not judgement! She was so rude and mean and rushed. The other lady in the salon was offering her advice and solutions to the issues she kept bringing up and she kept telling her in a rude tone she didn't have time to do any of the things she was saying. After going back and forth and her wanting to cut all my hair off I said no thank you. I wound up leaving and not having her do anything to my hair. She embarrassed me in front of everyone in the salon and I wound up canceling all my future appointments here. It's a shame I was gonna use them for a lot. Stylists name is Becca! Don't use her!

During my appointment, I tried a few different times to strike up conversation and I was brushed off but my nail technician was perfectly fine speaking to the other technicians/staff and clients. I commented on how I was impressed with her work and she made a snide comment back about her technique and ability. From the conversation she was having with the technician and clients beside me, I could tell she was having a bad/stressful day. But that's not an excuse to be rude or dismissive of the client in front of you. I am satisfied with the way my manicure turned out, and I still tipped her 20%, but I don't know that I will book her again in the future for any service. Relax Nail Bar is in fact relaxing, and I will go back for another manicure, just not with her.

I messaged the salon and was given two names who are great with short hair. I ended up scheduling with Chasity. The booking system is awesome! It's easy to pick your service and the person you want to schedule with and then see their availability. I've had my hair cut by Chastity twice now and it's been fantastic. She's very friendly and professional. My haircut is exactly what I want. The prices here are very affordable, honestly I was surprised by how low a haircut cost. The salon is cute and seems to have a lot of variety. I'd definitely recommend it!
