The same work I could have had done almost anywhere! Now, what brings me to this page is complete disappointment in the way I clearly have been taken advantage of... the and style I showed Nisa twice it read $250. Now, just before she started she checked with me--silly me for trusting her. She charged me $300-350 for lashes that were not what I showed her or she showed me I didn't ask for caterpillars !!! I'm pretty picky when it comes to getting my eyebrows threaded. I've gone to the Brow Bar place on the lower level of the mall but wasn't the biggest fan. My friend recommended Bella Spa and she shared with me her experience and I thought I'd give it a try. When I walked in I told one of the ladies that was working there that I wanted my eyebrows done. She told me to walk over to her chair. As I sat down I explained to her how I wanted my eyebrows and that one of them had an empty space (I know so sad :( ). She looked at it and said that she would work with it. I like the fact that she guided on where to put my hands like one had above my eyebrow and the other below so that she can thread them. When she was done, she handed me a mirror to look at them. In my opinion I thought she did a good job. I was overall satisfied with how they came out. She offered me lotion to put on my eyebrows which felt great. When I went to pay she gave me a punch card that I can use whenever I go back again. Overall my experience here was pretty good. I liked how they were able to work with me and they even shared some tips on how I can take better care of my eyebrows. I will be coming back soon cause girl these eyebrows need a cleaning haha! read more

I usually don't post these types of reviews but I will say I'm probably not going to come back to this location, upstairs or downstairs. I had gotten classic lash extensions on a Monday/Tuesday and during my first experience, the woman doing them did two other customers eye brows, (threading) which is fine, but also very uncomfortable spending hours in a salon with your eyes taped glued shut and one eye done and the other she keeps stopping on. I also got my eyebrows threaded after and was cut on one brow during the threading. Right after paying and leaving I went to canes right next to them to get food because it was like 7 at that point, as I was getting food two of the lashes on one eye (left) started falling out.. I immediately noticed she tried to go back but she wasn't there. (Upstairs location) so I left and came back it is now two days later and I walked in around 2 to ask if they could fix them, they said they could for free but they are both busy upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs lady was waiting on a client and downstairs lady was doing a eyebrow blading on another client. I said that's fine and asked how long and lady upstairs couldn't give me an answer told me she would call me back when there's time. Lady downstairs told me to just keep shopping and come back. I come back at 340 ish she's not done and girl upstairs is still waiting for a client. I saw her on escalator right after? ? So I come back around 5 ish now and finally got them fixed. Yesterday. Never have gotten them wet yet no water nothing. I've washed my face once and went around them so no water has gotten on them. Day one. 4 lashes have fallen out. I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. If I could get a refund, I would. Luckily I have glue at home for extensions so I'm just gonna fix them myself this time. i don't recommend coming because they scam you. I went to do myself Microblading and micropigmentation on my lips I payed 680$ for the progress of both when they finished they told me they didn't finish the progress of both they told me I needed 3 more sessions because they could not finish it all the same day of both. they said that because it would cause me pain to do it in the same day. but they made me pay the total like if they finished on the same day I asked for a receipt and they didn't give it to me because supposedly it didn't work to print when I went to my next session to finish the process they made me pay 99$ to continue the process they didn't finish the first day when I asked for my receipt they did the same thing to me but this time they said they don't do receipts. for all of this they said it would last me 3YRS but it only lasted 1month!? All I'm saying is I'm warning you guys this place is a scam and they don't do what you asked for so be very careful by the way this place is located at west roads Omaha read more

Loved my eyelash extensions! They fit me in super last minute too and had them done in 40 minutes and they looked perfect!

My husband and I went for the reflexology foot massage and it wasn't too bad. We were in a back room behind closed doors and you couldn't tell you were at the mall. It was a first time experience for both of us, so I have nothing to compare it with. They honored the Groupon we had. We would probably go to them again for that treatment. read more

I received an hour massage and facial as a gift. I was a little uneasy about getting a massage at the mall. When I walked in, the urge to turn around was strong but I thought, hey, give it a chance. I should have trusted my instinct. I checked in and as I was waiting, which wasn't long, I witnessed a lady getting her eyebrows threaded. It looks like torture and really made me uneasy. I was taken to the room in the back which had a dentist like chair, a sink, cabinets, a massage table with a fuzzy blanket to cover up with. The massage girl, who is about 90 pounds wet and the size of my 10 year old, asked me to undress and pointed to a small room with a curtain. After undressing, I crawled under my tiny blanket and waited. She came in, rummaged around in the cabinets and then turned off the lights. There was music playing but it was overpowered by the sound of the air conditioning. I must say, it was cold in there! She pulled the blanket down to my waist and proceeded with the massage. After my back was done, there was a warm wet towel laid on my back. I thought, wow, this is nice. Then the massage moved down to my legs, which were fully exposed now as well. And the towel was cooling off on my back, making me shiver. The warm, wet towels were put on my feet and legs as well, left to cool off. I was asked to turn over, not given much privacy. After my arms were massaged, she reached under the blanket and started massaging my stomach! I was in shock because I've NEVER had this done! I lay there thinking how uncomfortable I was but unable to say anything. To make it worse, my "lady" parts were brushed every so often. I guess she was more comfortable with my parts than I was! Then, more rummaging in the cabinets. My facial was to begin. As I lay there, I'm still struggling through my thoughts on the massage but the facial was feeling pretty good so I started to relax, still shivering, but relaxing. Then this strange "flickering" started happening, jerking me out of my cold, thoughts, and semi- relaxed state. What the heck was going on? Was she flicking my face to unrelax me?? Was this for real? I'm again, in shock, lost for words. It was like a tapping/flicking motion with her fingers, best I can describe it. After she was done, she leans over my face and asks, "Did you like? You need your eyebrows threaded?" I told her no thank you, grabbed that baby blanket, and scurried to the little room to get dressed. I threw the tip on the table and ran for my life! This place is horrible! I would give them a 0 but that is not an option! My friend bought a groupon deal from here for her wedding for both of us and not only was the massage horrible, but so was the service. While we were getting our massage, one of the workers daughter kept coming into the room under the curtain and talking. Then worker then proceeded to give her daughter her phone and allow her to stay in the room and sit on the floor while watching cartoons. The little girl then came over and tried massaging my arm!! The worker seemed to have NO knowledge of how to perform an actual massage. I have had previous massages around Omaha and they have been amazing. I have always liked going here but the staff has really started to go down hill. I still always came to this place as a loyal customer but today was the last day for me. Farrah which I believe is the owner said my next eyebrow threading would be free since the only spot left on my punch card was the free one. I went in today and the front desk lady told me I needed to completely full the spots before I got my free one which made me a bit angry but I kept my cool and sat down waiting for my turn. Another customer walked in and was immediately seated with one of the girls working there when I had gotten there first and neither of us had an appointment. The customer service at this place is terrible and will not be recommending this business to anyone. read more

I purchased a Groupon for 3 eye brow threadings. I redeemed one in October and when I went to redeem another, they said they were "no longer accepting Groupon" even though I had 2 left and it had not expired. I contacted Groupon and they refunded me but I am very disappointed in the way they conduct their business. The owner does not seem supportive of their employees and takes advantage of them. read more

I had my eyelash extensions done here twice. The first time I came in, I paid extra for a fill because I originally had my lashes done out of state. The woman doing my lashes pulled the old ones out, which meant she pulled out my real eyelashes. It was extremely painful. During the fill, she glued my top and bottom lashes together on two separate occasions. My first set, from out of state, were silk lashes. I asked for silk, but the ones I got were definitely synthetic. I could feel the difference and they irritated my eyes. I came back a second time to give them one more shot. I made my appointment on the hour and was not helped until 45 minutes later. The two women working continued to take walk in eyebrow clients before helping me. This wouldn't have bothered me if I were a walk in. I also asked her about my lashes and she told me they were mink. Not only did I ask for silk, but the lashes she gave me were definitely not mink. I have had mink lashes before and they did not feel like the ones she gave me. She insisted on giving me mink lashes at the second fill. They felt the exact same as the first time, hard and crunchy. She rushed through the fill and left me halfway through to help someone else. She also glued my lashes together again. I would not recommend this place for eyelash extensions. read more
