I really wanted to have a positive experience here, especially considering the prices, but…read moreunfortunately the quality of the service does not match what they charge. My biggest concern is the lack of attention to detail. Cuticles are not cleaned up properly, polish is applied unevenly, and the overall finish often looks rushed rather than professional. The nails also do not last as expected and begin lifting far too soon. If you're looking for creative or more detailed nail designs, the skill level has also been disappointing in my experience. Pricing is another major issue. There seem to be additional fees that are not clearly communicated beforehand, and the receipt does not provide an itemized breakdown showing exactly what you were charged for. When I have questioned the total or asked for clarification about the charges, the response has felt defensive and accompanied by an unnecessary attitude. Customers should be able to ask what they are paying for without being made to feel uncomfortable. Customer service could also use significant improvement. A simple greeting and friendly acknowledgment should be standard when someone walks into a business. What makes it more uncomfortable is seeing other customers receive very warm, enthusiastic greetings while you are barely acknowledged. Whether intentional or not, that difference in treatment can leave a customer feeling unwelcome and as though their business and hard-earned money are not equally valued. For the prices being charged, I expect professional-quality nail care, transparency about pricing, consistency, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, my experiences have not reflected that. High prices should come with high-quality work and service--not poorly cleaned cuticles, uneven polish, nails that lift prematurely, unclear fees, and an attitude when a customer simply asks for an explanation of their bill. I hope management takes concerns like these seriously because customers have many choices about where to spend their money. Every paying customer should feel welcomed, respected, and confident that they received the quality of service they paid for.

The business doesn't show from the outside, maybe that is the trick, what a beautiful thing it hides inside. At first I was pleasantly pleased that the door was open from frame to frame and was just waiting on me to enter. To my pleasant surprise, there were about 3 therapists there even though it was quite early in the morning. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me was the assortment in the areas leading to the massage room. Well, if I had known that, I would have taken extra cash and bought a lot of useful and interesting things. I will definitely do that next time. After my therapist Erin introduced herself, I heard other people greet me as I entered. Erin was very nice, professional, There is no doubt about her skills when she confided in me that she has been doing this job for 13 years. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who has back problems like me, my lover back and hips, Erin seemed to give me new energy and I feel much better and younger after her massage. We also had a brief communication, and the pleasant music was an even nicer addition, along with the silent clock with the passing time, so I didn't even notice how pleasantly my 90 minutes passed as if in Heaven. Thank you Serenity Spa Mexia TX. I needed this so much, and I will definitely be back soon. ~Marian Mar Degner.
