Her technique was excessively rough, and when I expressed that the extractions were painful, she continued without making any adjustments and even attempted to dismiss my discomfort. Having had numerous facials before, I know that a skilled esthetician can perform extractions with minimal pain. Whether due to a lack of training or a different approach, facials do not seem to be a service this location should offer--they would be better suited to focusing on threading and brow services. I was initially excited to support a local business in Forney, especially since facial services are limited in the area.
