They are incredibly communicative, easy to talk to, responsive, and always make you feel like you're actually being taken care of rather than just another customer. They're also extremely prompt with their service, which is something I really appreciate when you need help quickly. Another huge perk is their fair and reasonable pricing. You get great service without feeling like you're being overcharged, and that's hard to find these days! I highly recommend Genie Magic Flush. They're reliable, professional, affordable, and genuinely great people to work with. I'll continue using them for years to come!

It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.
