I had mushroom soup which was more mushroomy than anything I have had in the States. The salad which came next was orgasmic in quality. Then we had pappardelle (wife) and mezzelune ai por (me). It seemed that wherever we went in Germany, the food in each restaurant was better than the last. The coffee was great, the beer and wines were first class and the tartufo to finish off was heavenly (which is not an adjective I have ever used before).
