She was so down to earth, pleasant, and impressively organized. She walked me step by step on how to prepare for my session as well as what clothes and hairstyles would work best for me. After initially leaving a raving review she did not send me the picture she's stated she would send (in email). She also emailed my friend (whom gifted me the shoot). That she was requiring a $1000 by a set deadline before she would even edit my photos. I've never felt so judged in my life. This was not a "requirement" that was stated in the initial consultation with my friend prior to the shoot. I was not about to spend $1000 on pictures I had not seen. I am aware of the time Photography takes and how expensive it can be. This was not my issue at all. I do have a job and I do splurge on myself. One question she asked prior to my leaving is what were some initial fears I had. I mentioned to her that I am also a photographer (not professionally) and I am VERY PICKY about photography and I initially had a difficult time releasing all control to her. If you choose to use her be sure you are clear on ALL of the requirements. There are several Boudoir Photographers in this area. Do your research prior. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I went to my photoshoot and actually enjoyed myself, feeling a sense of confidence etc. Paid for my shoot and I guess my mistake was not tipping everyone in the room. I set my follow up to come in and select photos, I did request to update my appointment one time due to conflicts. However the day of the appointment that we agreed upon I reached out to Chloe to confirm and she provided a delayed response that was 30 min prior to my appointment saying that she was ill and needed to reschedule, she did not provide a new day or time or any options to reschedule as most professional entrepreneurs would do. I ended up reaching back out to her about rescheduling and did not get a response. Eventually she responded and was very rude and condescending, after phone calls and words exchanged she "fired me as a client". Chloe picked photos that she felt fit, most too dark, bad positioning, photo with my fingernail missing etc, and sent them to me by email. Chloe did everything in her power to ruin this experience and make me feel worthless which is the total opposite of empowerment. I did take her to court in which the judge didn't side with either of us. She made sure to play the victim card and that I was the aggressive angry black woman, typical, saying that during my shoot I was acting over the top and pushy.
