IF YOU DON'T DO THINGS CHLOES WAY SHE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUND OR GIVE YOU PHOTOS‼ I found RedNRoses on IG/tiktok, recently moved to Texas after years in an abusive relationship and just received a terminal illness diagnosis. Chloe's message of woman empowerment caught my attention and I wanted to capture a moment in my life where I was beginning to feel empowered but also to capture myself before changes happened with my health declining. I went to my photoshoot and actually enjoyed myself, feeling a sense of confidence etc. Paid for my shoot and I guess my mistake was not tipping everyone in the room. I set my follow up to come in and select photos, I did request to update my appointment one time due to conflicts. However the day of the appointment that we agreed upon I reached out to Chloe to confirm and she provided a delayed response that was 30 min prior to my appointment saying that she was ill and needed to reschedule, she did not provide a new day or time or any options to reschedule as most professional entrepreneurs would do. I ended up reaching back out to her about rescheduling and did not get a response. Eventually she responded and was very rude and condescending, after phone calls and words exchanged she "fired me as a client". Chloe picked photos that she felt fit, most too dark, bad positioning, photo with my fingernail missing etc, and sent them to me by email. Chloe did everything in her power to ruin this experience and make me feel worthless which is the total opposite of empowerment. I did take her to court in which the judge didn't side with either of us. She made sure to play the victim card and that I was the aggressive angry black woman, typical, saying that during my shoot I was acting over the top and pushy. Woman empowerment= promoting woman's self-worth and confidence. Me having a little too much confidence for her liking resulted in me wasting money with her And not getting anything in return. 10/10 DON'T RECOMMEND read more

I just finished my couples session with Chloe and it was a BLAST she made me feel sexy and comfortable. She had a client closet for backup outfits. My makeup was great! If I could leave zero stars I would. Back in February I paid in full for a session that was booked to take place in April. I messaged Chloe more than a week before my scheduled date asking to reschedule. No response from her. I messaged again 2 days later and she responded the following day. I replied to her 33 minutes after she emailed me and I gave her 4 different dates that I would be available. Once again, no response from her. A month later I messaged her again asking about rescheduling and offered two more additional dates. No response from her. A week after that I emailed her one last time requesting a refund. No response. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank and what do you know, all of a sudden she can respond! She responded to the bank saying she would not be issuing me a refund and would still be willing to work with me. Lol ma'am, I don't want to work with you anymore. Besides the fact that I've moved (which I stated in my emails), I would NEVER want to continue doing business with such a horrible person. Please take your money elsewhere or she will take it from you and then ditch you! read more
