My nails are uneven, polish not fully covered, the cuticles were not pushed back or cleaned up, and the polish color was not what we selected. During my pedicure, the technician also had a ring underneath her glove that repeatedly scratched and poked my ankle during the service. The scratch has now become irritated and appears to be getting infected. She made the water scalding hot that you couldn't put your feet in, my mom and sister had the same experience. When asking to make it less hot she made it ice cold while laughing. I also felt uncomfortable because I have bruises on my leg that she repeatedly pointed out and pushed on. They really need to train their technicians on better sanitation and to not wear jewelry underneath their gloves.
