I sent pictures to her, we talked back and forth for at least a month before I even went in. She told me verbatim, she could do it. Anyway I got there, paid like $200 and she basically gave me crappy highlights that looked silly and uneven. I asked her to please fix it, she then told me "well hey I told you I couldn't get it like you wanted it" which was a fat lie. Anyway my family member just got her hair messed up by Jennifer which is leading me to now posting my honest and fair opinion and criticism on how Jennifer does hair.

Every other barbershop in town is horrible because you have to set an appointment and it's usually a 2 hour wait and then i have to plan my day around it. then you get there, check in and you still wait for 10 mins. they are not as good, they have your email and send you spam. When you go to pay, your tip options are 20% and up and it awkward if you want to pick anything else. The prices are high and they try and sell you other services. I don't mind tipping at all but i should not be forced to pick other if i don't feel you deserve a 17$ tip... Songs is different, it's never busy (which is crazy) Mrs. Songs is fast, and fantastic. She remembers everyone and the type of haircut you get. Her price is very reasonable and she is very professional. This place is exactly what i needed and when i move to another duty station, i will miss this place. Don't miss out, her husband is retired military and she has been cutting hair forever and knows what she is doing. She doesn't try to sell you anything extra just a phenomenal hair cut, never a long wait and any type of military haircut you can think of she will do.
