The owner of this store is rude and dishonest. She accused me of scuffing her used bag, then yelled at me across the mall as I was leaving apparently trying to embarrass me. When I confronted her, she claimed she had video proof of me scuffing the bag. But refused to show me the "Proof" . I took a photo of the bag before I even examined it, and you can clearly see the "scuff" she accused me of creating. She's definitely running a sketchy operation. Do not shop here! read more

Leah is amazing! Leah stayed late to help me find the perfect bag. I have a lot of large bags that I end up overfilling and hurting my back. Leah was patient and very helpful. my mom and I have known Bella for a couple of years now. We felt comfortable and flawless. Every time we went to her store to purchase products or find something new. recently, my mom purchased some products and Leah asked if she could Zelle her the money. my mother did something came up. My mom no longer needed the products that were untouched, unwrapped and unbothered. They were still in the bag and left in the exact spot where I first brought them home. I tried to return them to Leah, but she was very rude, on the phone, snappy and disrespectful towards me and my mom. tried to reach out with her, but she wasn't willing to cooperate or act like an adult. This review is quite overdue as I have known Leah and have been using her AMAZING products for well over ten years. Leah was doing makeup for a fashion show at Classy n Sassy when unexpectedly called away for a family emergency; however, before she left, she made up individual kits for each model based on their skin type. I could not believe she took the time to prepare these kits for us while getting ready to leave town! That is above and beyond incredible customer service. After Leah moved from her store in the Goodwin Street plaza, I followed her until she eventually moved to the Pine Ridge Marketplace in Prescott (formerly the Prescott Gateway Mall). She continues to provide the best skin care products (and more) as well as excellent customer service throughout the years. I recommend Leah and her quality products! Leah did my make up for my wedding and I couldn't praise her work enough. Not only we're her skills incredible but she was so sweet and easy going. When I went to my first make-up trial, Leah was so kind to my mother and I, and she truly felt like a friend. She was very responsive to the ideas I had and also provided great insight as to what would look best. During our trial Leah took descriptive notes to ensure all things went seamlessly on my wedding day-which was much appreciated! Leah was so professional on our wedding day, but still made the hectic process of 7 girls getting ready so fun! Prior to our wedding Leah made a schedule for us which made it so easy as a bride. The owner of the store kept tailing us around the store and would keep 2 feet away at all times. She then goes on to accuse us of stealing merchandise and proceeds to look into my wife's purse! (without consent) Horrible lady we felt demoralized by her actions. i would not recommend this store. read more

I first went to her salon after hearing about a ladies night. I brought a girlfriend and even though it was a busy evening Leah was the perfect knowledgeable and sweet hostess. Ohhhh my goodness. What a hidden gem this place is! Leah is such an absolute doll! She really took the time to listen to me about my skin and what it needed before recommending products. She recommended a charcoal scrub and the heal and conceal moisturizer. They have both been amazing and after just a week my skin has really started to look better. It's glowing, and feels sooo much better. I also went to her to get a foundation match as I have really green undertones which makes finding foundation a nightmare. She really took the time to check what felt like a million shades to find my perfect match! She did such an amazing job helping me find what was perfect for my skin! Love this place and their products. I started wearing their 12 hour lipstick called Grand Canyon, and it is my go to favorite now and I can't be without it.
