Susie at Picasso's Color Studio is officially MY blonde girl!!! A while back, I attempted to do my own blonde hair, and let's just say... my hair and I were NOT on speaking terms. It was brassy, way too bright and had absolutely zero dimension. Susie completely transformed it on my first visit, and I just went back about eight weeks later and somehow she made it even more gorggg.
