I canceled my policies 4 days before they were scheduled to be renewed. Even though the policies…read morewere canceled, Campbell insurance deducted over $1600.00 from my checking acct. I noticed this the next day and demanded a refund. They had no reason to deduct this money but took it out anyway. After repeated attempts to speak with Mr. Campbell he never returned any of my calls. Nobody in the office ever returned my calls. After 14 days and a call to the Attorney Generals office I finally got my money back. I would not recommend doing business with this agency. All they want is your money and when you ask for assistance all you get is the run around.

After firm prompting to check for better rates, a week later our rep was surprised to find we could save hundreds of dollars. Household dynamics change over the years and anytime updates need to happen to the insurance plan, it isn't pleasant. One feels bad for calling like it's always a bad time. Especially when you have a vehicular accident and they are irritated by the call when you are the one experiencing the loss.
