Job overall well done and completed in a timely manner but unprofessional. Communication to start…read moreoff was finicky causing unwanted time away from work. The amount of cleanup from my front door to my bathroom is inconsiderate. They broke a picture frame, broke a small keepsake porcelain turtle -both of which denied it happening. The head off of my hose was stolen which they used for the project . There's dirty marks all over my front door, and grout on the bathroom walls, floor and countertop. I had to specifically request for them to fix mistakes otherwise I would have been left with a faulty project. The sink had a film all over it from whatever was put down it and they still have a trowel that I paid for as asked for back. Repeatedly asked for an itemised list of items I was paying for. It was agreed that it would be produced but never received it.

He then gives me a bid so high that I thought he was joking. We are talking almost 4 times as much as the average of everyone else's bid. As we are walking back to our vehicles I ask him for my plans back. He then smugly tells me that he left the plans at the job site because "they are not his plans". At that point the disrespect is too much for me to keep my mouth shut and I raise my voice and we begin a heated back-and-forth. As he is leaving he backs up on my lawn several times. I tell him to get off the lawn and I get an "oh well". Our paved driveway is fairly tight and he was pulling a trailer so I can understand the need for more room to turn around than the driveway provided. What I can't understand is why he decided to pull onto the lawn rather than simply using the other side where my truck and boat is parked and it's obvious that is the area that is used for vehicles. It's almost like he was doing this out of spite. Then as he is pulling forward he manages to run over a 35 gallon cooler, to which he responds with a "oh I guess I didn't see it" with a smirk on his face . The whole time he is yapping about how he does so much better work than everybody else and how he's booked out with jobs. If he sees this he will probably comment back that this is not what happened but I have cameras that would prove otherwise. Would be great if we could post video here. As folks here have stated Skyler is rude disrespectful arrogant and overpriced zero stars. If you choose to use this company beware.

Among 4 bids, we chose them since they had the best pricing and because the estimator Brandy (who was also working with another roofing company) highly recommended who had been a former general contractor that partnered with them. She was an honest, professional, and trustworthy communicator who was able to convince me over the other 3 bid from companies that other friends had referred. When we narrowed down to the final 2 bids with almost the same price, I let Brandy know if they could break the tie and came back with a $500 cut to win the bid (the other company felt their bid was already too low so didn't budge) Appreciating that they were willing to price beat another competitor and we went with them. Picking out the shingle color was last minute (few hours notice) when there was 2 weeks to get it taken care of but were able to change the order once we had time to communicate our color the next morning. They cleaned up all debris from the roof overall. The shingles got dropped off the day before. We didn't hear any complaints from the neighbors who verified all was cleaned up after the job. About 40 nails were left in our driveway post job that we had to clean up. I let the owner know know Saturday and they offered immediately to come by on the next business day Monday to clean up the nails. Since we were nervous about puncturing the neighbor's tires so we went ahead and bought a $30 magnet sweep to take care of it right away. Our deck roof awning got a minor hole and our cat's outdoor enclosure accidentally got hit with roofing that led to our cat escaping and a punctured paw from him climbing out where the structure was compromised--but thankfully the cat returned and paw healed in a day. We understand those accidents can happen so we don't hold that against them. To my knowledge, IPros wasn't aware it happened to give us a heads up as that's all we ask. If it wasn't for the estimator's professionalism, I may have not enjoyed the process along the way as it felt less professional in terms of communiciation. The owner offered to come and fix the roof awning who came the next business day to measure the hole after calling him. About a week later, with many follow-ups, the roof awning got fixed! If you want want a high, professional touch of communication in the process before, during or after, being handheld throughout the process in a timely fashion without any follow-up--it may not be for you. If you don't mind a more rough style and timing of communication in the process of the project, but will absolutely get the job done and is professional worksmanship-wise at a low price, then I'd recommend them.
