Where I met myself with an already frustrated employee. I placed my two items on the counter. The cashier proceeded to handle the plastic container like she was about to throw it at me. The item didn't have an SKU. Huffing and puffing, she asked if I knew how much it was. I turned the plastic container around and showed her the sticker: $12.99. She, in turn, replied, " I still need to scan it." Management came up and did the same exact thing with more gusto! I expected that management would be able to enter a code and enter the price, and I would be on my way. Well, instead, they stood there arguing about what to do, how to do it, and who to call. The Manager left, and finally, I left without purchasing anything. No acknowledgment that I was standing there as a customer, no acknowledgment that I was not taken care of. Nothing..
