She was sure to make sure I found a color I liked. She offered to reschedule when the color I wanted was out of stock. The manager seemed to micromanage the stylist. She also said some rude things about my stylist to another stylist. My stylist was patient and accommodating. She used some GREAT products on my hair. They smelled AMAZING!! My hair (naturally curly) came out so silky and straight. I Love it and my Husband did as well. I will be back to see LaSheria! She does an awesome job of promoting herself and the salon!

In my time there because we always had such great deals my sister added me as an authorized user on her credit card account. Over the past five years I have primarily made the payments every single month. Sometimes late because I forgot but nevertheless it was always paid and our credit limit continued to grow. Last month I called in last minute as usual but same time as usual and made my payment. At the end of the call it told me my payment would be posted on the same day business date (June 25th). No worries right? Wrong! My sister gets the bill today and opens it to find there is a late fee and our usual payment of $56 is now $96. I can pay that no problem....but why should I have to? So we called. Spoke with an associate and two managers. By the time I got to Michael who informed me he WAS the manager of the call center and refused to refer me to anyone else or resolve the problem. Don't tell me you are crediting me the late fee if I'm still paying it in my minimum due. My issue with that is that as a peon in JCP I had more willingness to resolve customer issues than what they exercised today. So when you tell me that my circumstances aren't dire enough for you to alter my minimum due I'm thinking about all the piddly fires I put out on a daily basis so that things don't escalate to this! I once gave a refund that was two years old and let the lady keep the merchandise just so she would stop it and go away. I did what couldn't be done because it resolved an issue that no one wanted to see on their desk. So again is it what you can't do or what you're just not willing to do?

Patience is virtue and that is what you need on days you need to rummage through the racks in search of that cute item to update your wardrobe. The aisles are usually clean and racks filled with clothes. Apparel is organized by size, type, and gender. Footwear is organized by sizes, with the clearance section on the last aisle of shoes. Sometimes the line to check out can be long due to understaffing but again, just be patient! The staff has been helpful and friendly on most of my visits here.

Today I took my mom Christmas shopping at Target in Monroe, LA. There was an electric cart next to…read moreour car and I got my mom in it. The steering column was wobbly and it had one speed (fast). After she ran into my cart and pushed me several feet. We knew it wouldn't work. I had her walk behind my cart till I could find a place to sit her. I went to the car for her wheelchair. I then couldn't push a cart and a wheelchair. She held a Target basket until it was too full. Then I had a Target basket plus her wheelchair. It was slow and exhausting. Two workers walked impatiently behind us at one point. When we checked out, I had to leave her to load my car. As I am contemplating how I can pay this store back for having zero customer service. I look up to find a man pushing my mom to the car. He also helped me load my car. It turned out that he worked there. His name was Ron and he saved Target from me putting the store on blast on every social media platform. People with disabilities exist and good businesses put their needs first even when it's busy in the store. Thanks to Ron for being a good human being

I walked throughout the men's department, walked to the bathroom, came back, found 4 pair of pants and walked to the dressing room to try them on. Surprise, surprise, there was no one at the men's department dressing room. I walked in, found an open room, tried on the pants, one fit perfectly, got dressed, came out, put the other three pair in a bin by the fitting rooms' entrance, and walked to check out. Certain clothing doesn't always fit the wife or kids right, but others fit perfectly. We've learned to always try things on. Love that you can get something for everyone in family. I would love to have rated Old Navy higher, but this store is unkept and staff is not friendly and some are outright rude. We go here all the time, so this isn't a one off thing. I do love the ease of getting in and out of store by outside entrance and avoiding entering actual mall.
